Help Stu Fill His Pool

On March 20th, Ezer Mizion, International Bone Marrow Registry, introduced Ottawa’s Stu Schwartz (“Stuntman Stu”) to the donor who saved his life. This emotional event was broadcast live at the Sens vs. Panthers game.

To save more lives, Ezer Mizion and Stu have partnered to create Stu’s Pool – a dedicated pool of donors who sponsor bone marrow DNA tests. A “Donor Pool” is a unique opportunity to become a sponsor of the DNA testing of a segment of Ezer Mizion’s Registry.

Donate today and help Stu save some lives!

By giving today to Stu’s personal donor pool, you’ll be a vital part of saving someone’s life. Stu was able to beat his Leukemia with the help of donors like you, the Ezer Mizion Bone Marrow Registry and the support of his doctors, family and friends. It’s time to join Stu and give back so that others can live.

Please give generously.

Stu Meets His Donor

A Message from Stu’s Donor

Not many people can say, “I saved someone’s life.”, but I can!

When I registered with Ezer Mizion’s Bone Marrow Registry, I had no idea I would get “the” call. It was almost 10 years after I registered that someone on the other line told me I was found a perfect match for someone who is battling cancer.

Both my family and I are excited to meet Stu and his family. It is a feeling I can’t describe. And I feel blessed for this moment to come. Ezer Mizion is a truly remarkable organization. They worked hard to be able to fly us from Israel to Canada, just to meet him. I want to thank them, and to all the sponsors who made this process possible. Without your donations, my DNA wouldn’t have been processed and a life wouldn’t have been saved. Continue on this generosity and continue to save lives through this donor pool.
