| Purim combines giving and cheer. It is an opportunity to reach out to everyone, and especially to those who are faced with medical challenges and difficult situations.
In the week preceding Purim, Ezer Mizion hosted and coordinated many Purim parties and celebrations throughout Israel.
These parties brought Purim cheer to the elderly, to sick children, hospitalized patients, the mentally ill, the handicapped, special needs children and others.
The celebrations brought so much joy to many people and their families who are facing serious medical issues and could use a good dose of cheer.
On Purim itself Ezer Mizion volunteers delivered mishloach manot in hospitals, geriatric centers, nursing homes, and rehab centers to people who would not be celebrating Purim at home with their families and friends. As an Ezer Mizion supporter, you are also part of this massive effort that lifts the spirits of people and infuses them with positive energy and hope. |
