Yesterday’s drive was an overwhelming outpouring of compassion and caring. Throughout Israel people came to join in the campaign that will hopefully save the life of Alan Cohen and hundreds of other Jewish cancer patients around the world.

The new potential stem cell donors who joined the Registry at this drive and whose blood samples were sponsored through the generosity of Alan Cohen’s family, friends and colleagues at York Capital, will all be tagged and become the core of the Alan Cohen Donor Pool within Ezer Mizion’s Registry that will facilitate transplants for cancer patients. |

Eden spent the day of the drive racing back and forth on his motorcycle. He was dispatched by the volunteer coordinators at the drive brain center, transporting empty vials and other supplies that ran out at testing stations. “I am so glad to be able to do this”, he told the dispatcher. “Six years ago it was me who underwent a stem cell transplant, and this is the least I could do to continue the chain of goodness and
