Noam Tur, a "Survival" finalist for the second year in a row, and his trainer, Yael Nir, have the right idea.
They know that doing for others is the highest form of accomplishment and every month they arrive full of bounce and smiles to share their vast knowledge at Oranit, Ezer Mizion's Guest Home for Children with Cancer.
Their enthusiasm is contagious and children, who only moments before were withdrawn and depressed, join the fun-loving pair with giant grins of their own in an upbeat aerobics session.
"Way to go, guys!" shouts Noam, feeling great himself, knowing that he has helped both the bodies and the spirits of these kids who live in such a sad world.
Each session is spiced up in a novel way and Naom and Yael never run out of new ideas. Watch below to join them in a spirited drumming session.
