Over 250 senior citizens from Golden Age clubs across the city participated in the event. Men and women from a variety of backgrounds and ethnic groups filled the park grounds, enjoying the program.

At the festive opening ceremony, the crowds were greeted by Ms. Esther Avital, head of the Senior Care Department, representing the Netanya Municipality, followed by representatives of Ezer Mizion, including Mrs. Sarah Topper, Director of Ezer Mizion's Golden Age Division, and Mrs. Michal Miller, Administrator of Ezer Mizion's Homecare Service Department.

Mr. Benny Kelner, Physical Education Director at Ezer Mizion's Malka Hager Fitness Center for Seniors, chaired the program, which focused on promoting health awareness among Golden Agers.

The event began with relaxation and breathing exercises, to the strains of soft music. After the opening exercises, the seniors were divided into groups, with each group engaging in a different sport activity under the guidance of certified physical education teachers: folk dancing, fitness exercises, tai chi exercises, and a walk through the park.

The event closed with the seniors coming together once again for unified relaxation exercises. At the conclusion, each participant received a gift. They spontaneously thanked the organizers warmly, saying how much they enjoyed the experience and described the great benefit they had from this important event.
