Chanukah Benefit Sale
In honor of Chanukah the children at Aya W.'s school had a market day. They all sold used toys, food or books. Eight year old Aya decided to sell chocolate cake balls on sticks with decoration. She heard about Ezer Mizion's Oranit guest home for children with cancer, saw the clip of a bone marrow donor meeting the patient whose life he saved and she decided that the proceeds of her sale should go to Ezer Mizion. Aya's parents sponsored the raw materials and all the profits went to help children with cancer. This is a tradition for Aya. Last year she cut her long hair and donated it to make wigs for kids with cancer. Aya's parents and grandparents are very proud of her! So are all of us at Ezer Mizion!
See Aya on Facebook!
