Shoshi* was a student at a very prestigious institution. When she was 17 years old, she suffered a psychotic attack, which was treated by medication. After the attack, however, she was unable to return to school. Shoshi's parents asked Ezer Mizion's Women's Rehabilitative Employment Center to take her in. Ezer Mizion's Mental Health Rehabilitation Department works only with people over 18, so Shoshi was technically unsuited to the Center. However, Shoshi's parents begged Ezer Mizion to accept her, as she had no other place to go.
After half a year at the Center, Shoshi had rehabilitated to the point where she could return to school and resume normal living.
Recently, Shoshi's mother called Ezer Mizion to share the good news: Shoshi was engaged to be married! Ezer Mizion is delighted for Shoshi, and confident that she now has the skills to build a happy, healthy relationship.
