In a moving ceremony Ezer Mizion's Ra'anana Branch inaugurated its new offices on Hachayal Street in Ra'anana.  The branch, which operated on Herzl Street until now, relocated to its new location at 49 Hachayal St. 

The ceremony was attended by public figures, including Chief Rabbi of Ra'anana, Rabbi Itzchak Peretz, Ra'anana Mayor, Mr. Nachum Hofri, Ezer Mizion volunteers and many guests.  The entrance Mezuza was affixed by Rabbi Peretz  and Ezer Mizion's International Chairman Chananya Chollak. Rabbi Chollak addressed the guests and emphasized the importance of constantly striving to improve the services that Ezer Mizion provides the ill, the elderly, and other populations with special needs.

Ezer Mizion has been active in Ra'anana for over a decade. Its Ra'anana branch provides a variety of supporting services to patients and their families, including a volunteers to spend time with the patients in the hospitals, transportation and ambulance services for the ill and mobility impaired, free loan of medical and rehabilitative equipment, medical consultation, blood units and more.

Mayor Nachum Hofri thanked Ezer Mizion administration and the director of the Ra'anana branch, Mrs. Yehudit Schreiber, for their help to the patients and needy in Ra'anana and its surroundings, wishing the branch continued growth toward further leading, helping and developing additional services for those who need them.

Mrs. Orna Leshem, Director of Social Services at the Ra'anana Municipality, who also graced the event with her presence, congratulated the opening of the new location and warmly described the ongoing cooperation, relating how every request for help to Ezer Mizion is always met graciously and efficiently.

Upon opening the new branch, Ezer Mizion appeals to the public, asking that it lend a hand and take part in the extensive voluntary activities taking place at the Ra'anana branch and at other branches throughout the country.
